Virelli Media Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Virelli Media, including the public website, protected operator workspace, and creator workflow integrations.
Use of Virelli Media
Virelli Media is provided for content operations, workflow coordination, approvals, and authorized creator publishing workflows. Users must provide accurate account information and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity under their accounts. Notify Virelli Media promptly if you believe an account or connected integration has been accessed without authorization.
Connected Services
Users may connect third-party services, including TikTok, to support creator workflows. By connecting an account, users authorize Virelli Media to use that connection only within the permissions granted and only for requested platform actions. Users remain responsible for complying with third-party platform rules.
Content and Permissions
Users are responsible for the content, media, captions, instructions, and approvals they submit to Virelli Media. Users must have the rights and permissions needed for any content they upload, manage, approve, or publish through the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use Virelli Media to violate laws, rights, platform policies, or security controls.
- Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, data, or integrations without authorization.
- Do not submit harmful code, abusive content, or material that infringes another party's rights.
Availability and Changes
Virelli Media may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for operations, security, maintenance, or compliance. We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page.
